An email from a dear friend of mine who obviously sensed that I needed to hear about someone else’s crazy behaviors.
A girl on my bus told me the craziest story today. She works for meineke and got a ‘complaint’ from a guy who wanted a refund on 3 bojangles biscuits…he buys 1 for breakfast and saves 2 for lunch (can’t fault the guy there). So far, so good but as it turns out he stores them UNDER THE HOOD of his car and when he took it to get repaired ~ the mechanics THREW THEM away after finding them UNDER THE HOOD of his car ….i mean really? Really? She said there’s a whole cook book out on how to cook things under the hood of your car for when you’re camping (also unbelievable) but STORING them there to keep them warm DAILY is probably why his car needed to be in the shop in the 1st place.
So of course ~ I had to check it out….

Perhaps potholders should be stored inside the glove compartment?
Lesson learned: If you forget to remove food from under your hood, it is frowned upon to ask for refunds. Instead, try saying Thank You.
